In 1970, at just 17 years old, I arrived in the United States with only $100 in my pocket and a dream for a better future. I didn’t speak a word of English, but I was determined to make something of myself. I settled in Los Angeles and took a leap of faith by leasing a small shed at the corner of La Brea and Olympic. That modest space became the foundation of something far greater.
Today, I’m proud to say that the business has been open for 51 years and has grown far beyond that original shed. We now operate out of two thriving locations, and our flagship establishment spans over 90,000 square feet. What started as a humble dream has become a legacy. Los Angeles & Beverly Hills, thank you for being part of this journey. May God bless you all with good health, happiness, and success in all that you do.
