People have been calling me “Jimmy the Jeweler” since my early beginnings in the jewelry industry forty years ago.

Growing up in Old Town Scottsdale, Arizona, I spent time

around the artists in the galleries, and enjoyed the beauty

of the jewelry pieces in the many boutiques in the Fifth Avenue Shops.

Being so close to the pulse of the industry at such an early age gave me the opportunity to develop local and international contacts that grew into trusted sources and lifelong relationships with my suppliers.

Together with my clients, we enjoy designing the perfect complement to their unique style and desires and finding the ideal gemstones to fit their jewelry needs.

Born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil, I am an accomplished designer and entrepreneur whose work spans the world of fine jewelry and interior design. I am a co-founder of Jewels from Ipanema, a fine-jewelry brand that celebrates the spirit of Brazil through vibrant gemstones and contemporary design. I enjoy transforming the beauty of my homeland into wearable works of art that have captured attention across the U.S. and beyond.
