By doing so, they help others and make a significant impact in our communities, reminding those struggling with mental health issues that they are not alone. Our foundation aims to raise awareness about depression and prioritize mental health. One of our mottos is "It's OK to be OK." We are here for you. After a long professional and career as a choreographer and teaching the arts, I created the nonprofit Dance and Dialogue. Founded on the principles of equity and equality for all, our programs promote cultural understanding through the arts. In almost 10 years we have served over 20,000 teens, youth and adults. Honored with a certificate from the Mayor of L.A. for our contribution to the well being of our youth in Los Angeles, we are proud to serve where needed to help bring joy and remind people that there is always hope.
